This is an excellent app for patients. I suggest using the zone function to highlight the area you are experiencing pain. This will then link you to the muscles that refer to the highlighted area. Review the muscles in the list in regards to the pattern of your pain. Try to treat the trigger points – as indicated by the blue crosses – and re check on symptoms. Happy Treating!!
